Filing a 1065. Hired offshore contractors for software development and maintenance. Can I just put
an amount for contract labor on the 1065 and leave it at that? Do I need to submit any further
documentation such as a list of contractors? No 1099s were issued.

Should 1099's have been issued?
If they should have and were not are you going to issue them?
If they are not going to be issued can you deduct the expenses?

Assuming no 1099s issued is correct, does client have W-8 series forms on file?
