There does not seem to be a form DE-8453 this year, so my question is what do I use for a client signature for the return? Previously the Form DE-8453 served to authorize me to e-file the return as well as having the client's signature on file, since they did not sign the return.

Notice on the DE e-file instruction page it states "Taxpayer signature not required"
So apparently DE has waived the signature thing as other states have done as well (i.e. North Carolina for example)
So just e-file like normal after clients signs the other signature documents.
