Since 1095-B is no longer required to be entered in ProSeries, how can i correct this error?

Sounds like they signed up with Covered California at some point then got switched to MediCal.
They need to call Covered CA and get the 1095A that was issued to them.
Entering the 1095A in the software will create the 8962 that its being rejected for.
