Computer crashed and had to reload 2019 Proseries. Homebase does not show efile history. Need to access the log. What is the name of the logfile? Thank you.

I don't know the name of the log file but I believe you can retrieve all the efile information by going to
E-File>Electronic Filing>Update Acknowledgment status of selected returns
