Want to know why getting charge for the ppr besides the 95.00 another 1.00

If you're charging the cost to this credit card for the first time, Intuit may authorize a $1 charge to the account to test its validity but that won't ever get posted and will fall off after some time.

If not, Intuit will work with you to review the charges posted and reverse any erroneous charges on a timely basis.

You have unlimited 1040s and you PPR for business returns...where to you see an extra dollar? 

I just looked at my bank account and only see the $95 fee for business returns that I PPR.

On my card is show the 95.00 + 1.00 plus sales tax and it comes to 102.36

Interesting...I have not experienced that.  What state are you in?   

I'm in CA and I'm not even seeing sales tax charged on my PPR fees, which is odd since CA always has their hand out for more money!
