I have a client who has many foreign bank accounts. Can we e-file Form 114 with attachment?

First it sounds like they also need to File Form 8938 for every foreign account too. That goes with the 1040. The FBAR asks if they have 25 or more accounts (I believe it's 25 without looking). If yes, they don't need to list each account. If no, then entering the data into the 114 will automatically generate the attachment.
