where do i access allocations for controlled group for Schedule O for the tax calculation with bracket allocations

Controlled group is subject to allocation of the tax brackets to the members. Schedule O does not seem to take that into account for the calculation of the income tax. It applies the standard brackets regardless of allocation of members.
