NJ CBT 1065 is not applying overpayment as indicated on return, will not allow to enter on CBT-1065 estimated worksheet or allow suspend calculating estimates on the estimated tax worksheet.   Also, letter is printing out refund check even though overpayment is indicated as applied to 2022.
