I have updated my products constantly and the Louisiana Corporate returns are not populating. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Now 3/11. Why are we paying for this program. The federal returns associated with this LA return are due 3/15. OMGGGGGGG The state released the form months ago, HELPPPPPP

I am extremely disappointed in this software and will not be a repeat customer after this year. A call with the support team today provided absolutely no explanation or confirmation that the now 3/11 date won’t change, again.
