All the trust expenses from lines 10-15 doesn't flow from the Federal Form 1041 to page 1 of Hawaii state Form N-40.  Even though I filled the numbers on the Other Deductions Statement for line 16, the expenses still did not flow to page 1 of Form N-40.  Does anyone know how to prepare page 1 of N-40?
