Why do I keep getting error listing asking me if I am me and stating that proseries has stopped working

PROGRAM CRASHED stating a problem was encountered that has caused program to crash

why is the problem not identified and I cannot access my tax files without a code.

What is going on I have multiplied tax returns accumulating with me not bein able to access

1. Check compatibility chart that your equipment meets minimum requirements. 
2. Call support and have them remote into your workstation to see what is going on.
3. Call your local IT tech.

 

 

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
