My son who is in college who I can claim, did work a couple odd-end jobs. Do I list his jobs on my 1040?

No, earned income goes on his own return, not yours.

Look up Who Must File in the instructions.
If he doesn't have to file but there is withholding, he may want to file to get a refund.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
