State Tax Refund worksheet is not correctly calculating correct amount of refund taxable?

You are correct.  There was an alert issued on November 26 telling everybody about the issue.  The fix wasn't done until the first part of January so if you transferred returns before the fix, you have issues.  You can now either retransfer returns you haven't worked on yet or you can go into each return that you work on and check the correct box on the state refund worksheet.

The alert issued in November said it would be corrected by "early December" and it was not.  There were no other notices.  I prepared nine returns with an incorrect calculation for my early/efficient clients before I noticed the error.  Over $2000 in incorrect refunds.

Oh there were notices, there were a probably a million <-- I could be off by a number or two...posts about it. This was discussed time and time again.

I have ALL of the dropdown (yellow stripe at top of Client View) alerts.  NOTHING more to say it hadn't yet been corrected 'in early December' or an update saying you should re-transfer if you had downloaded and transferred before a certain date in January.  ZERO mentions since November 26.

They typically don't tell you when something is fixed, you have to find that out for yourself by looking at the return.

Yeah, I will give you that. There were ZERO alerts after their first one. The best I could tell you is here in the forums there were numerous mentions of this issue.
