The help instructions do not work on how to get to form NYC 1127......  It says to select IT-203 which is illogical for a NY Resident who doesn't live live in NYC but works there.  So I need help to get to form NYC 1127.  I have indicated I want to efile NYC .... but after that the instructions do not work.

Have you tried selecting IT-203 initially then going back after generating the tax return to uncheck IT-203 and re-check IT-201?

No it did not fix the problem.  Still can't get to form NYC 1127.

it will be under the NYC form set which is not released yet and it doesn't have an estimated release date showing yet. For some reason this comes out late every year.
