I had it pop up a message a few weeks ago asking

"Would you like to permanently close this window?"  Uh, YES!

and it disappeared, but in less than a week it came back. 

Im thinking each time we update it activates it again.

Thanks for the reply.  After it popped up the second time, were you able to disable it?  if so, how?  I never got the prompt.

I got mine to go away a couple of days ago, but I don't remember how...I know, not very helpful.
