I am looking for a fix for a return where there is a 7202 credit in part 3 but this doesn't flow through to Schedule 3. Any ideas ?

On my test return, section 3 of Form 7202 did not work at all.
On my test return, section 4 added the credit to Schedule 3, but did NOT create Form 7202 as part of the tax return.
Part 3 works as expected on my own return. I havent had any other SE people in yet to test it out on different returns.
