I have a loss on the K-1 business income, but W-2 wages for the business. The wages are not carrying to line 8 of the QBI Component Worksheet.

When a qualified trade or business produces a negative QBI, W-2 wages and UBIA of qualified property from that trade or business are to be disregarded and not taken into account.
