What are the diagnostics/warnings/rejection messages telling you?

Returns not converted for E-file.
Correct errors.
There are no errors.
Have gone through check list & converted again.

Be sure you check your Preparer Info and that you checked the PTIN Verification box. If its not checked, your returns wont convert and you wont get an error.
TOOLS > OPTIONS> Firm Preparer Info and look for the little pink box that says PTIN Verified Correct (this screen shot is from 2020, but it still looks the same).

P.S. I believe if you run through the REVIEW button, the diagnostics do mention this box...at least thats what Ive seen others say, they just didnt know where the box to check was located.

I'll have to check prior years for the box, no problem filing last year.
