Trying to create a 2021 organizer for 1040. Dropdown menu does not include option to transfer file to 'organizer for 1040 home base' that is mention in the Proseries guidance. Suggestions?
Unfortunately, no. I've rebooted and deleted the Proseries download and reloaded. Next step is to talk ot customer service on Monday. Thanks for your effort to help!
For normal use, I use ProSeries Basic. When I need more, such as an organizer or a special form, I draw the return into the pay-per-return professional.
