The forms menu on the left side of the screen for Pro series 2018 is not there.  Does any body know how to bring it back.  I tried pushing F6 as someone mentioned but that controls the brightness of the screen.  

If anybody knows, please let me know.

Put your mouse on bold line on left side of screen when you get the symbol <II>  , left click and hold, move to right then let go. Note the symbol will have two small arrows not <, but I don't have an arrow on my keyboard
