Last year NYS had the add back (Decoupling)of the $300 Charities from the Fed. It looks like NYS is not doing that this year but I cannot find any current updates on their website. Can anyone confirm?
Havent seen anything on this either but it looks like it is pulled off the income adjustment list on the state.
Charity deduction on the fed is below the line this year, no adjustment needed for NYS.
