Lacerte REP is committed to improving our payment offerings by streamlining and expediting the posting of payments to your REP account .
Beginning July 1, 2025, Lacerte will no longer accept paper checks as a payment method for Lacerte REP. This change has a number of added benefits, including quicker payment as well as improved security and fraud prevention. We’ll also show you how to pay your bill via the payment portal in your My Account page at your fingertips.

Are there transaction fees that will be incurred by using either EFT or credit card payment methods?
Lacerte does not charge fees for online payments
Can I still pay over the phone with an expert?
Yes, our Customer Service team is available to process your payments over the phone which post immediately and are visible in My Account in minutes.
Is using Online Bill Pay through my bank considered a check payment?
Yes. When you use your bank’s Online Bill Pay to make a REP payment to Lacerte, the bank sends check. This can result in delays in the payment being processed and posted.
