If you are working on a Windows Server 2012 or 2012 R2 you will experience into one of these scenarios:

• If you have updated to the latest security release, you will be able to log into Lacerte. However, you will not be able to run any additional program updates.
• If you have not updated to the latest security release, you will not be able to launch Lacerte.
