@IntuitAlicia might be able to give us an ETA on the fix. Or maybe @Intuit BettyJo can at least confirm it is broken.

Lacerte seems to be having some issues. As usual, be patient and they will correct it when they get a Round TUIT. I actually had some to give my clients https://ituit.com/

I'd just like to point out that pushing out an update on Friday (Thursday ?) right before a rather large deadline, then turning out all the lights & leaving en mass for the weekend doesn't make for the best client relations.

I can not install 2020 version  - getting error code 404

I am unable to install the 2020 program as of 1/10/21  Has this issue  been fixed?  Not working for me.
