SO:  Your system says that it won't take my comment/question "HOW TO PAY MY BILL?" But you won't take the comment because it contains my contact information!  For hell's sake, just answer my question:  WHY can't I pay my bill?

You are NOT talking to Intuit/Lacerte support.  We are just fellow software users (except for the occasional moderator/employee that wanders by).

As much as I'd like to take your money - I can't.

You will have to contact support.... as in call them.

Unless I can tag one for you..
