I'm completing a partnership tax return in Lacerte that had oil & gas royalties on a 1099-MISC with Pennsylvania (PA) state withholding taxes. All of the partners are non-residents. Where do those withholding taxes get entered in the 1065 Partnership module in Lacerte?

I found this thread that gives the information for several other states, but not PA.
