Re: accrued market discount on form 1099-B

I am having hard time entering market discount on 1099 B in Lacerte. On screen 17.1, if i enter as

positive figure, it shows as loss on form 8949 whereas market discount should be income. On screen 17.1 it does it does not let me enter as negative figure. Please help

Hi @kohat Here two articles that might help: Entering a 1099-B in Lacerte and Schedule D tax import 1099-B is not reporting basis in Lacerte. If you are still experiencing this issue we recommend contacting Lacerte Support as they can remote in and take a closer look.
