The client is telling you?  Or it DOES qualify?  Those are often two very different things.

Was the construction started in 2024?  That is a requirement for the §48 solar credit.  If it didn't start until 2025, then it is the §48E or §45Y credit.

If constructions did begin in 2024, the last I heard ProSeries was having that problem and wouldn't allow the §48 credit.  I'm not sure if Lacerte has the same problem or not.
