I too agree that a Form 1040-SR is as crazy as can be. I have SUPPRESSED the Form 1040-SR in the: Settings, Options, Tax Return, Form 1040-SR "Supress"  

By doing this, I have had no issues with the system reverting to a form other than what I have chosen in Options.
