Branching out to Lacerte, are you?

And who's the a$$ givin' out a no vote ?!?

I don't have Lacerte I hove Proconnect so this is not helping me.

Yet YOU picked Lacerte as your software.....sorry, the mind reading capability of the volunteers here is only so good and we've all been skipping the latest mind-reading classes cuz it's summer time.

I find that your question is very, very unhelpful.  I am trying to find that button to mark it accordingly.  

Since you did incorrectly click on "Lacerte", maybe I can redeem myself and suggest the following page to avoid such issues in the future:

Lacerte (Oh, that right you already omitted that)
Intuit stupidly stuck that new product line thingie at the beginning of each of the products just to make life easier for us volunteers. They also modified the forum to make it more difficult for us (and you) to identify the product being used.

@scballard - Use THIS thread please; there is no need to start another one.
Just edit THIS one so it says PS not Lacerte.

@Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr) - any chance you can help, as scballard doesn't like our answers.  TIA

Hello i am working to resolve this same problem and not finding the Websetup17.exe in the listed location or on my network drive. Is there another spot this might be?
