I am the only one in my office that has the trustee rights to efile. I set them. I set the Primary Options password. The odd thing that randomly keeps happening is my trustee right changes for just one tax type. I was efiling individuals no problem. I then switched to corporations and tried to efile and I get the message "You have been denied access to this option. Contact your system administrator for assistance."
The solution I have found is to rename the trustee rights file after closing Lacerte. When I reopen Lacerte it creates a new trustee rights file and lets me efile. So far I have had to do this with S-Corps, Partnerships, and now Corporations.
Why is this happening? Running Windows 11 Pro Version 25H2 OS build 26200.7840

I haven't encountered that. I'm sorry, that's annoying and frustrating. This is likely something you'd need to call Support to get help with.
