The Oregon Surplus Credit is not being calculated on my Oregon individual clients because the prior year tax is not populating in screen 53 Other Credits.  So I have to file a number of amended returns for my Oregon clients to get them their Kicker refunds.  Is anyone else experiencing this glitch?  In the past, we didn't have to manually input the prior year tax in order for the Kicker to calculate correctly.
