Yes, same exact problem.  Why isn't Intuit reaching out to all Lacerte users letting us know when to expect US Form 114s to be available, or at a minimum, educate their support staff with guidelines on when Lacerte will be ready and that software updates will have no impact on solving the issue.   It's tax season and there's no time to waste!
