However, since it appears you are moderating this group, I am hoping you are conveying to the respective levels our dissatisfaction with the quality of services - we practically pay a high price for a software we cannot use because at the end of the day we cannot file a return where the numbers do not foot on the forms.

Please let the support service also know that the Other Taxes line on Sch. A to form 8825 is populated by the amount of Pest Control and NOT Other Taxes as on the input.
