When I look up Pub 1437, I find a pub that has been obsolete for over 10 years.

The current 2026 IRS Website is entitled "Where to file addresses for taxpayers and tax professionals filing Form 1040-ES"

I'm a tax professional, and that's where I want my forms to go.
