Sometimes an Intuit employee drops by. The standard answer is the forms and/or their instructions are not final yet; or they will be released in a future update.
Have you checked the Tax Form Availability link? Sometimes it gives an ETA.

Thank you for responding but the link you provided does not help at all. The release dates were not correct, for example Form 568 is still showing unavailable as of today.
