Intuit owes us an explanation!

Paying premium price for this product for over 30 years. Cities never work right, but at least Ohio DID. Not now. No upated information so we can plan or explain to customers why we cannot complete their returns. QuickBooks is getting just as bad. Too big of a company - only looking for profit - no customer service. Further and further backed up each day.
