completely ridiculous that we are experiencing this, it is putting us at a competitive disadvantage with turbo tax, which is also an intuit product, i have never thought about switching to another software but i'll be doing a demo with ultra tax this year and see about switching software.  sorry to all fellow lacerte users, we pay far too much for this product to receive this sort of customer care and support.
