We contacted Lacerte about this issue when electronic filing opened and we were told by the end of the month, which has passed.  i spoke to another agent on Sunday and was told there was an update on the 3rd of February which never came, the last update on Friday the 30th of January seems buggy and we're having issues with our software.  I know another preparer who uses Ultra Tax and they informed me that they have been able to print and file their CA 540's as of the 26th.  awful service from lacerte this year.
