I reached out to our rep with Gruntworx today to ask after calling Intuit and not getting an answer. They said:
"I did get a message late last night from RightWorks, they said they re-released the Agent so you should be able to delete and then install the “Gruntworx for Lacerte” option in their Apps portal."
Had staff try that, reported back that it worked for 2 returns then back to the same message as before. Would be nice if things worked as advertised.
