I typically love using the Lacerte Tool Hub to solve the frequent issues that we run into when using Lacerte Tax software. This is usually much faster and easier than calling Lacerte Support. However, the tool - for at least the past 6 months, if not longer - is more-or-less worthless. I cannot use the Component Repair, Reset Display, or Set JRE Memory tools. When I click on these tools in the Tool Hub, no tax year will populate. it just stays stuck on "Select" or when clicking on "Select", I'm presented with a blank list. I've confirmed that the Tool Hub is up-to-date, and I've even tried re-installing it. It's extremely frustrating, and I've wasted countless hours on the phone with Tech Support to try and resolve problems in the meantime.
Anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix?
