Hello All, 

Thanks for posting in the Community about the e-file shut down. We checked on this and Lacerte did send an in-product alert on 11/21/2025 notifying users of the shutdown. In addition, there have been Community banner notifications posted to help raise awareness of the dates. (@IRonMaN thanks for the input 😉! We do know not every Intuit user visits the Community)

We've heard the feedback, given it to the right team and as a result, they have plans to add an additional in-product alert to help make these deadlines even more visible. We appreciate you all taking the time to raise this concern as it helps us improve how we communicate important updates going forward.
