Hi @fjkcpa Nice to see you in the community and thanks for posting about the email displayed and where it is coming from. We recommend contacting Lacerte Support. They would be able to take a look at this with you and help determine where it is coming from. 

Mine has this as well.  It's my old email address before our firm split off from the old firm.  It's probably deep within the bowels of the program, The Realm.

Hope you get it figured out & report back.  It doesn't seem to affect anything in the program though.
