Every time I call for support I'm reminded about the survey I will be receiving and for years now, I have informed the representative that I cannot access the survey because I work behind a MANDATED VPN.
I can live with not completing surveys.
Today I received an email with a link to explore new features. You guessed it, I can't get at it from behind the VPN.
As they serve businesses mandated to work behind a VPN, when will Lacerte get the memo and allow us access to the things aimed at "helping" us?

Why do you say that? How do I check the veracity of your statement?
The VPN is supposed to block malicious sites. It's part of the reason I use it.

Why would Lacerte block a link they provide?
"The VPN is supposed to block malicious sites" And it appears to think the link is malicious. While I'm no expert, I think it's the malware filter that does this and not the VPN per se.
"How do I check the veracity of your statement?" Check with the IT people who set it up. What kind of message do you get when you click on the link?
The more I know the more I don’t know.

Lacerte is not blocking the link. Lacerte is not accepting an attempt to connect when done from behind a VPN. If I remove the VPN it works.

It sounds like the VPN is the blocker then.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
