It would be helpful if you would publicize the fact that there is an automatic backup feature for Lacerte Individual and Partnerships modules.  I learned that only because I had a very smart team member (Sierra) who helped me with a backup issue I had.  This backup feature should be expanded to include corporation and fiduciary.  If there is a "help" page about this backup feature, you should send it to all users.
