Taxpayer in military.  Taxpayer and spouse are TN residents but Taxpayer and spouse moved to VA because of assignment.  They are renting out their house in TN while in VA.  How do I file a VA non-resident return?  Will I need to include the schedule E info on the VA return since it is not earned income?
