Since this afternoon, cannot e-file Oregon Partnership returns. The exception received is the one you get when you are attempting to e-file a return that is not present on the return, which is 100% not the case here.

The main message:

“Exception Occurred Attempting to Process E-file(s) for client Number ATEExceptionMessage: Processing efile payload request for efileId par.or”

Fed E-file goes through just fine once you uncheck OR. Tried multiple returns, multiple users. Attempted to report [to Rod!] via the "Control + L" function but after doing so, the report is not visable on the home screen, which is why I am complaining here before calling it a night.
