@IntuitGabi    This is the popup we are talking about. It is on the opening screen, lower left corner. It won't close. I can't resize the box. I can't resize the text within it to any good result. Nothing on the screen works -- you get a chime when anything is clicked. Very frustrating -- the program is useless to me today.
