Anyone having issues with tech support being unable to correct issues with DMS and despite requesting that the case be escalated continuing to get a complete lack of response. I have been forced to utilize my own IT and work on restoring DMS database with my carbonite.
I was told that my case being escalated - it could take up to two days for Lacerte tech support to reach out to me.
