@George4Tacks - Is that the correct link?

@Debw50 - you can also log in to your 'myAccount' and search e-file status for that client.  I've had several over the years that the efile log would populate in the program, but the info was available via 'myAccount'.

As an alternative, you may be able to trigger the info by going to E-File (upper menu bar), down to Step 3, Update acknowledgement status for selected returns.
